    The apartment is in front of a beautiful section of the beach, that includes volleyball courts, is a panoramic view, that goes from Catalina Island and Palos Verdes to Malibu. It is also one of the best surfing and swimming spots in the country. The beach is exceptionally safe, clean and spacious.
