It’s handy and the staff are great. Appropriate minimal amenities for a Motel 6. But floors and bathtub just not clean enough for me to be comfortable.

Clean room! Kind staff! Easy check in! The only “bad” thing that we could say it’s how much of cigarettes it smelled like in the room, and the amount of homeless but at the same time, it is Pomona….so…. We will take it for the prices!

Great value, clean room, nice pool, big enough to lap swim. Not a heated pool, but still good for a workout even with the chilly weather. Plenty of close by food options and good location with easy access to highway and where we needed to go.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
While the staff at the counter was friendly and helpful, the cleanliness of the room was horrid. Not only was there hair across the bedding, but there was a used towel and previous guest’s clothing in the bathroom. The staff was kind enough to help me get a full refund and also offered a separate room even with the refund.

The customer service was good. They were flexible when the first room didn't work out. They also accomodated our change of plans. The facility exterior was pretty well maintained. Our room was dated and a little un-kempt with dusty floors and stained restroom.
