Comfortable and clean

We stayed here while doing renovations on our daughter’s home. It was very comfortable, clean and had all the essentials. It is very convenient to our dtr’s home and I’m sure we will be staying there in the future.

Comfy and convenient

We came into town for a baseball game. Juan was kind and helpful in every interaction, both in person, and through messages. The location was perfect, the room was comfortable, and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent for a Short Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Juan's place. We needed to be in Alhambra for a weekend wedding, and the location was perfect. The place is located in a lovely little neighborhood. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and worked great, and we have zero complaints. We appreciated use of the parking space in front of the garage too.

First time ever booking a VRBO and Juan was super awesome and very welcoming. The whole process went extremely smoothly and he had very good communication, made the trip really smooth and easy!

Great Stay Great Value

The area was very nice and quiet. The bed is comfortable and was perfect for our weekend getaway. The only critique I have is the door does not fully swing, we had to squeeze by to get in. Besides that, We enjoyed our stay.

Safe, Quiet, and Private

We had a wonderful stay at Juan’s guest house. The house and yard are absolutely beautiful, and once you enter the backyard, you will notice it is well manicured and private. Having an assigned off street parking spot was perfect for our rental car, and we never had to worry about street parking. Alhambra is conveniently located in between Pasadena and L.A, making it the perfect location for our needs. Inside the unit we immediately noticed the cleanliness and comfort right away. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We will absolutely rent this unit again in the future.

Quite, Clean & Comfortable

As advertised and exceptionally clean. Very close to shopping centers with Target, Costco, Aldi's and most importantly - Starbucks in every direction. Juan who owns the property is attentive and responsive. For my modest needs on business travel, this was a super fit.
