Welcome to your own Cal Bungalow minutes walk to the beach, in between Belmont Shores and Downtown Long beach. Home has 2 bdrms, 4 beds and 2 baths so options are limitless. Enjoy the sun on the back deck as you enjoy your personal heated swim spa, bbq, outdoor dining with twinkle lights in a garden setting. Snuggle in at night with an electric fireplace and smart TV in each bedroom.
Separate dining area and workspace. So pack your bag we can’t wait to host you!

The space
2 car private off street parking welcomes you to the neighborhood. Walk into your cozy craftsman bungalow through a bright and airy sun porch ( great spot for AM coffee). 2 quaint bedrooms, Each with a queen bed and Jack and Jill bathroom between them. Open entertainment/dining area with sleeper sofa and a futon. Fully equipped kitchen, full size laundry and a second bathroom. Your private outdoor oasis awaits you for BBQing, sunbathing in heated swim spa and/or relaxing with a book or cocktail.

Tiffany's property was bigger than expected, extremely clean, and had some excellent amenities. Very quiet neighborhood, and a quick walk to the beach! Would absolutely stay here again.

Simply perfect!
Amazing place to stay if you want to visit LA Area or just taking some days to relax. The property has 2 bedrooms communicated through a bathroom and another additional bathroom. Additionally a wide living room and kitchen which includes everything you need for your stay including salt, oil, spices, sauces, etc. To complete this incredible place, it has a lovely backyard with a pool/jacuzzi, a coffee table and a BBQ. We found everything was perfectly clean and organized and a perfect fit for a family with 2/3 kids. Tiffany is an amazing host. Very responsive, positive and open to help or clarify whatever you need. Everything in the house was great and you can feel Tiffany’s effort on it. If we ever visit South California again we will stay there for sure.
