"Pros: Vistas desde la terraza Cons: Tuvimos varios problemas que no se solucionaron. No tuvimos wifi, ni televisión, el ascensor se rompió y estuvimos 5 días sin él, se lo mandé por WhatsApp y al final lo tuve que solucionar yo, la puerta del aparcamiento no funcionaba y no nos dejaron llave para abrirla manualmente y decir que el ascensor solo llega a la 3° planta, el resto de pisos ( estábamos en el 5°) había que hacerlo andando"

"We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect. A short, flat walk into the square with many restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby. The views from the terrace are stunning and we spent most of our time outside reading, sunbathing (sun from 12 noon until sunset in December-the sunsets are amazing) and scanning the sea for whales and dolphins with the binoculars provided.The kitchen is well equipped and had a Nespresso machine and a good quality washing machine. "We had a really enjoyable stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. Check in was quick with a genuinely friendly and helpful front desk team. We upgraded to all-inclusive and found it offered excellent value. The hotel was busy, which meant service could be a little slower at peak times, but the restaurants and overall facilities more than made up for it. The teens club was brilliant, it was air-conditioned, with a pool table, PS5s loaded with FIFA and other games, it gave the kids a welcome break from the heat (Raul was great with the kids). The pools were excellent, and the sports facilities were a real bonus. All in all, a very positive experience. We’d be happy to return."

"2nd stay and always good value for money. There is a pool towel policy which is great however there is no enforcement about it so empty loungers with towels on it for the whole day. Not essential - It would be good if the bathroom facilities could have a better tiles as the current ones feels dated and a lot of white paint stain on the tiles can be seen when doing touch up. For last to have modern appliances such air fryer like Ninja range."

"The property was clean, air conditions and other facilities in the property was in good working condition. The staff at the receptions were very kind and helpful. The swimming pool was clean and had always life guard around. The accommodation is about 15 to 20 mins drive to Las America, Los Christianos and the very popular Siam Park which was very good. We stayed for 7 days and we enjoyed our stay, we will definitely return and highly recommend the accommodation to others."

"Venue is wonderful and beautiful. However, for a 5* hotel and the brand The Ritz-Carlton, it could certainly do with some improvements. 1) Pool cleanliness: the pool is very filthy. We stayed for a week ar Tivoli before coming to the Ritz. The Tivoli Hotel pool is meticulously clean. The Ritz seems to not clean their pool regularly. Very disappointing for a 5* hotel. 2) TXOKO poolside restaurant: poor quality food at horrendous prices. Dry meat, pasta with no taste, croquettes for €6 that are less than a bite. Compare this to Tivoli Hotel restaurants by Chef Olivier where they serve real tasty food. TXOKO gets 4/10 from me. 3) Breakfast: options not great, food not great quality, and staff are overworked and stressed. We were served pre-cooked cold fried eggs, and bad coffee in half filled cups from the machine. I wonder who inspected their 5* rating. 4) Lobby smells of diapers and not a great experience to be in. Most luxury hotels smell luxurious and wonderful, you would want to be in the lobby. 5) Check-in vs Check-out: totally different treatment by staff during check-in vs check-out. Both at restaurants (TXOKO) and with the bag storage in the lobby. It’s as if they know you’re about to leave so they treat you differently. Apart from the above, I think this place could be wonderful if they improved these points. Would rate this place 4.5/5* until they work on the above points."

"The service was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially a lady by the name of of Sonsolas at the Guest Experience desk and Fabian at check in desk The amenities was let down by the very low powered air conditioning that on warmer nights made sleeping uncomfortable. Also only one small bottle of water was provided for the whole stay. Thank goodness there is a mini supermarket across the road for bottle water. There was no tissue box. Food at restaurants were good. We had breakfast and dinner. Location is excellent, walking distance to shops and restaurants We would stay there again"
