Wonderful oasis - staff was the best!

We stay at one of the villas, it was wonderful, so well equipped and cute, it was warm, the place is amazing, but the nature around it is breathtaking and calm, another very important part of our time there was how wonderful kind and friendly were all the staff at the hotel and restaurant, the food was wonderful and tasty, We loved the atmosphere and the hospitality. Very recommended for everyone

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I have stayed in many 5 star hotels. From the staff, to the grounds, to the ameneties, this place is impeccable. We felt completely taken care of by the staff. The entire process was absolutely wonderful

We enjoyed the atmosphere, food, facilities and landscape. The rooms and common areas show a nice design. We enjoyed the sauna and spa. The cuisine must be one of the best in the area with a pleasant atmosphere in the dining room and bar, always accompanied by a careful attention. The hotel's location is fantastic with views of the lake, city and volcanoes that is privileged. A highly recommendable experience.

This was the best place we stayed in Chile, hands down. And for the price…phenomenal. It’s a small boutique hotel. A well manicured property carved off a gravel road just a few blocks from the main drag. The proprietors, young husband and wife, are lovely. The building and grounds are immaculate and aesthetically top notch, the attention to detail everywhere is remarkable, awesome views through the trees, and the friendliness of staff top notch. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful - it's lovely having a person on-site that is knowledgeable and able to book all regional tours on your behalf - the property and rooms have stunning views (and are evidently pretty new) and the hot tubs are a definite bonus. The menu changes every day, all delicious. We stayed 3 nights, we wish we could have stayed at least a week! Ps. The Termas del Sol nearby are well worth a visit!

Friendly staff, great service, clean rooms, tasty food…

Great facility and, more importantly, the people working there. I have a flight at 6 AM, and despite not asking to go, breakfast was ready, as well as constant contact with the taxi to avoid delays. Great night crew and outstanding facilities.

My room was cozy and had plenty of storage space, bathrooms were very clean and always had hot water, and most of all, the staff was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. You definitely get an excellent value when you stay at this hostel!

Great location, and great hotel!

Great room and staff and a good location. The breakfasts were quite plentiful and good food. The only problem is we wish the horseback riding and sailing were available.
