"I paid for ocean view and I had a big tree obstruction the view. I felt cheated from my ocean view. I took my 94 year old mother and the elevator was malfunctioning throughout the 4 days that I was there. If you don’t tip the staff they won’t give you the time to serve you especially at the bars."
