I like the courtesy of the staff One of the waiters of the buffet, Angela was very polite and professional to us Breakfast was delicious, room very clean, however the second day there were no small towels placed in the room, staff of the service responded faster to provide an iron to us Thanks The beach was clean and excellent

Amazing customer service from the front desk to the restaurant Stayed there before and will go back. The Manager Victor went out his way to deliver an excellent job. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Stay – Would Definitely Return!** I had an excellent stay! The buffet was the best, the room was great, and the activities were amazing. The property itself is beautiful, although some fixtures and areas could use a little maintenance. The only disappointment was **Brisas del Mar restaurant**. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time there, especially when the rest of the hotel experience was so great. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again! 🌴☀️

The beaches were beautiful. Everything was clean and maintained. We enjoyed the sports bar to watch a few games. Wendy (online booking) was extremely helpful to us. She arranged our transportation and was just a blessing to us. Amaury in the VIP bar was AWESOME. He was friendly and very attentive. We visited a different resort for a wedding and we all commented that we were so happy to be at Costa Caribe instead. There was entertainment each night as well.

The hotel is a good place to spend some quiet time. There is no loud music, and the food is good and decent for a short stay. Beach is wonderful staff friendly and There are very few activities to do, but it’s a nice place to relax and get some rest. 😄

Everything was great, I just stayed for a night and we have access to everything, night is very fun they have a nice club where you can dance and they did a karaoke which was very fun, rooms very clean and comfortable staff very attentive and always good service definitely stayed here again

The hotel is good. It has excellent facilities, and the food is decent. However, during my stay, there were rules prohibiting the use of vapes, hookahs, and loudspeakers. Despite this, there was a group of people in the pool area making excessive noise and vaping. Security should do a better job of enforcing the rules and paying attention to these situations. Guests come to relax and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, and there should be better control over individuals who drink alcohol and then behave however they want. Please also keep the pools clean.
