"Its an older hotel, the room need more cleaning, the coffee maker is on the side table which is difficult to put your stuff, they should have small table for coffee machine. The view in this hotel is amazing, specially for sunrise and sunset. Overall nice place to stay specially if you have car. "

"The first room we got was horrible. It was super hot they did not turned the AC. The shower head threw water everywhere wetting the floor and the toilet handle was not working either. They did not wanted to moved us until some one come to inspect the room. The moved us to another room and the bathtub was horrible it did not drained the water fast enough so everytime you shower the water got stuck under your feet. I will look for another hotel to stay. I am not planning to stay here any more. It seems this hotel cares more about the outside more than the inside. "

"Todo me encanto, el unico inconveniente es que los termales no estan en el mismo lugar , pero aun asi le doy 5 estrellas porque vale la pena el lugar esta hermoso, el clima super agradable y toda la gente muy amable."

"This hotel is Overpriced, overrated and EXPENSIVE!!! The food is ok but ridiculous expensive! Rafael was our waiter at the La Pampas restaurant was very misleading and tried to trick us in to buying food the we did not order. For the amount of money what we spent on this hotel I could easily have stayed at Ritz Carlton on Central Park NY. I will never go back there again!"
