"I have stayed in Los Gigantes in apartments many times over 10 years and never written a negative review on any of them. There may have been some issues, but helpful owners/ agents always sorted them. This Apartment looks great in the photos and should be an excellent venue. It is let down by the following: 1. "This was our second stay in the property, we‘ve already booked for 2026. Love it here."

"The property is very comfortable we enjoyed our stay.Whilst it was not a problem for us we feel that less able bodied people would most likely have a problem with the location up the steep hill. I do not know how many English people stay in the property but there is no property notes or instructions for any appliance in English. We would definitely stay here again"
