"Good location, decent room but clean and have everything ready. Great price and easy check in. Overall 5 start. For sure this would be my first choice for next time."

"We booked this hotel for convenience and were not made aware that the parking situation involves parking in public parking a block away, emptying your entire vehicle to avoid break-ins, and then when returning to the hotel, the elevator reeked of human urine. We took a slight wrong turn trying to get back to the hotel and ended up walking into an area where 20+ drug users were laying all over the ground and it felt very unsafe. When we complained the hotel simply sent back smiley face texts saying "Well, that's downtown for you". We have no idea why this is a 5 star hotel. There are few amenities, the room was average, and the staff in no way went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were passive aggressive and unhelpful. We tried to speak to management to address the situation and they refused to do anything for us. Extremely disappointing - we will never be back."

"Mixed review for us. The check in process has many flaws, very disorganized. The link we were sent didn’t work so we didn’t receive any info before arrival despite having sent several messages and no replies. Thankfully there was a friendly staff member to help us when we arrived, however our room still wasn’t ready for an hour and a half after check in time and we didn’t receive the door code or room number until that time. The room itself was nice and clean."
