"Location is a 10, just opposite to the train station and direct bus to the airport. Staff in the reception is very helpful, especially the gentleman who assisted us to check out, who was very friendly and patiently answered our questions and also recommended us where to visit before we went to the airport. "Great location and an easy tram ride from the station. We stayed before a Viking River Cruise. Viking has a desk on the lobby. The rooms were great. They were quiet, nicely appointed and comfortable. The staff could have not been more helpful."

"Very good value hotel for the money I paid. Two minutes from waitrose, 3 to the tube. Room was basic but quite big for a UK room. Bathroom was a little small however. Overall, would happily stay again. I hope they sort the gym out however! "

"The hotel was a good affordable option for a quick stay in Basel. It was quite far from the train station, maybe 25-30 minute walk with suitcases. The hotel gave us Basel cards which meant the trams were free to use. The room itself was comfortable but needed some maintenance, the bathroom door didn’t close and the sink was blocked. "
