I particularly appreciate that their premier suites include a washer, which is very convenient for longer stays. The hotel staff are friendly and professional, making the experience even better. "It was a great hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern. The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and professional. One issue is that the shower/bath design is quite weird. It is very slippery, especially when getting in or out. I actually fell and bruised my arm when trying to get out of it during my first night. However, all the positives of this hotel make up for it, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing place to stay in Myeongdong. Close to metro line, high end shopping, food carts, lots of beauty stores. Everything is walkable. The hotel is incredible. Staff, rooms, buffet, executive lounge. We had an amazing time and stay. Will stay again!"

"Lovely hotel, fantastic location and remarkably quiet rooms despite the noise of the neighbourhood. The beds come with two pillows. The first of which was far too hard to sleep comfortably and the other flat and equally uncomfortable. The only other issue was the heating was permanently on, and can't be turned down by guests during winter months. This being said the rooms were very well equipped, staff were very helpful and location was perfect."
