"Good location. Good clean room but no mirrors in the bedroom. (We had a two bedroom suite). Great bathroom. Breakfast good. Good coffee. Staff at reception welcoming. Staff in breakfast not so friendly/welcoming or even say hello. You can wait a while for the lifts in peak time. You have to pay for luggage storage!"

"The location is unbeatable - just steps from the subway, close to major tourist attractions in Myeongdong, and right next to a huge department store. The staff are incredibly accommodating, genuinely welcoming, and speak excellent English, making every interaction effortless and pleasant. Our room in the Executive Tower was in excellent condition and our city view was amazing. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that truly lives up to the VIP Access expectations. From the outstanding service to the fantastic location, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The king bedroom was large with excellent layout. AC was able to get room cool enough for good sleeping. Do not sleep on the breakfast here, the buffet is super high quality food with a wide selection of local to European favorites. The entire property is spotless with staff looking to go above and beyond. Tub, shower, and room lighting, along with the toilet will all be missed. We were there for 8 days and feel like a few more would have been needed. Location is great for ability to walk around Myeongdong, uber cab from here is frequently much faster than subway depending upon where you’re going / time of day. Check the options on NAVER map first. Either way you decide to go, walking, subway, uber, all are extremely easy to use from hotel. This hotel was well worth the price, can’t express how grateful I am for such a nice experience at a price that was more than manageable. We will absolutely be back."

"Hotel itself ideally located for most things, but even in deluxe room furniture pretty basic, but beds comfy. Breakfast was OK but no Black/Breakfast tea, only Earl Grey or fruit teas, Coffee from machine was lukewarm but if you ask for hot milk they will bring it. After a long day site-seeing was disappointed to find that there nowhere to get a drink in evening, small lounge on 17th floor but only sold spirits. oh for a glass of wine. Most of the staff had reasonable English, whereas I had no Korean, and were very helpful."

"Hotel was right in front of a subway entrance which made commuting very handy. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was not very helpful...I had requested non feather pillows and bedding (extremely allergic) and I was told that the entire hotel only had feather pillows!!!! I asked for a recommendation for where I could buy a pillow in the morning and the girl said she would let me know but she never did. There are no towel hooks (towels kept at entrance of room and not in the actual bathroom) and no face cloths. Rooms very clean"

"Good not great - I booked one of the character themed rooms on the 14th. These are more expensive. The themed decor is excellent. However the room is not really fit for two adults - only one wide table and only one charger near the bed. The chargers on the desk didn’t work and the far charger near the tv was low voltage and so took a she to do anything. The air con is centrally maintained and during our stay was too cold. Also the vents don’t appear to have been cleaned. When opting to open the window this is behind the desk and if open the curtains aren’t thick enough to keep any light out with the window closed (the window has a blind on it). The entire room (likely as the window is never open and the air on never cleaned) is very musky and humid. A dehumidifier is provided but with the lack of functional plugs it wasn’t possible to use this. The bathroom was fine but the shower head desperately needed cleaning. The real selling points of this hotel were the location and the excellent buffet breakfast"
