  • Relax in this completely privatized 4-person accommodation in Belle-Isle-Bégard, 5 minutes from all amenities, 5 minutes from ArmoriPark, 25 minutes from the sea, and 40 minutes from the old ploughs. New and elegant, equipped with a queen size bed upstairs, sofa bed into a 140x190 bed, large bathroom with its walk-in shower, washing machine, toilet and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher.
    Garden furniture with barbecue available.PGJyPgPGJyPg
    Unlimited high-speed WiFi and netflix.
    Accommodation of 45m2 complete intimate heated with independent entrance, opens onto an exterior of 30m2.
    It is very well equipped, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, everything you need for the kitchen.
    A queen size bed and good bedding for a good night's sleep, small storage for clothes and a real sofa bed with a 16 cm mattress.
    The accommodations are new.
    Also equipped with a bathroom, 120cm walk-in shower and a washing machine, dryer.
    Cleaning service 40 euros if you wish..
    Sheets, pillows, duvet and towels included for 2 travelers. Feel free to let me know the number of people for more towels.
    Easily accessible, the parking lot is in the gravelled courtyard.

    Be careful very steep stairs, not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Brilliant

Stayed for 2 nights as staying in Le Mans and wanted a change of scenery! Damien the host as taken pride in is holiday let! attention to detail is spot on the place is modern and very comfortable I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again supermarkets beach a short distance drive away and walks on your doorstep

Autant le dire tout de suite : nous nous sommes fait avoir !En lisant le descriptif et en voyant les photos nous nous sommes dits "génial, le gîte est de plain pied", c'est ok pour nous avec une situation de handicap (prothèses de genou et une autre de hanche).ERREUR : le proprio du gîte nous appel APRES réservation en nous avertissant qu'il y a un escalier très très très raide pour aller à la chambre à l'étage ... et donc inaccessible pour nous.Du coup il nous explique qu'il n'y a pas de problème, il dépliera le canapé au rez de chaussée et fera le lit.Nous nous retrouvons en fait dans un appart genre studio sans trop de place ... nous apprécions très très moyennement ce procédé ..."Si j'aurais su, j'aurais pas venu" Ceci étant dit, ce gîte est très propre, très bien équipé et bien situé pour découvrir les Côtes d'Armor.Yves

Super séjour dans ce très beau gîte à la propreté irréprochable . Tout est là pour passer un bon séjour. Lits faits à l arrivée. L impression d être comme à la maison, rien ne manque. Le plus: Damien est ultra réactif.
