"Excellent area & facilities. Unfortunately it was cold & the radiators in our room didn’t work - it was obvious they needed servicing. The restaurant food was very good but our steak order was taken by an unpleasant man. Breakfast was good but with offhand service from a different man. Never felt valued guests. "
"We booked at the last minute because another property fell through. While very simple, Brit Hotel was a wonderful surprise. Quiet, friendly and helpful staff, and one of the best breakfasts we had while in France. We loved the emphasis on local products. A great stay."
"This is an amazing find such lovely family owners took great care of us - the rooms perfect and clean. The home cooked food was amazing and service impeccable. Safe parking and so close to the Puy Mary volcano mountain area. Will stay again!"

Het is alleen hier en daar wat gedateerd met bv een kapot plafond. De ontvangst is super vriendelijk. Wij hadden het idee dat het hotel bijna leeg was maar toch moesten we naar de tweede verdieping en er is geen lift in het hotel.
