Beautiful home

We couldn't be happier, with the house or the host. Lots of space, multiple living areas, house was well stocked and clean. Stephanie was very responsive. We had a great stay, would definitely come back!

Great spot - very roomy

We came into town for a sports tournament and had members of four separate families. House was great and clean and perfect. very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone. quiet neighborhood. Everything was so great that we've already booked it again for our next tournament weekend in a few months.

Great for a large group

Used for family coming from different cities for a wedding. Much better than multiple hotel rooms. We had 11 and there was lots of room for all. Also lots of off street parking for all. The younger adults loved the downstairs which had ping pong and air hockey to play and stay entertained in the evenings. Also nice that the main floor had bedrooms along with the living and dining areas so some seniors did not have to use stairs. There were a few maintenance items that needed attention, but nothing major to impact our stay.

Disappointing

When we arrived, the house lock (code) didn’t work so the host provided the lock box code. Once inside, we noticed trash left in the trash can, Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and hot tub didn’t work. When we called about the Wi-Fi, TV & hot tub, we were told the hot tub was never listed on the site. It was one of the main reasons we chose the house. The WiFi & TV was fixed the following day. The house is roomy & nice, functional but when you check in & paying for amenities-which aren’t available at the time of check in, it’s disappointing. We were also asked to clean out the grill after use but we had to clean it out before we could use it.

Nice stay with lots of activities

Property was great for our large family trip. Lots of games and activities, ping pong, air hockey, putting, darts … Property manager was responsive with our questions and took care of issues quickly.

Wonderful Week

We had a great time at “Caddy Shack”. The house was perfect for our 9 person group to spread out and we loved the rooms being in separate wings for privacy. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked (we came thanksgiving week so lots of cooking was done) and Stephanie was SO fast, attentive, and responsive whenever we had something come up. The location was also excellent with grocery just 4 minutes away and plenty of fun activities nearby for day trips. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous area

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The home was very nice and well equipped with everything you need. Beautiful neighborhood with a private yard and deck. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.
