Every season at Toqua Cove is magical but it's a MUST to COME FOR THE FALL LEAVES!! 1.5 hours from Dollywood! See the Halloween and Christmas Lights! 45 Minutes from Neyland Stadium & The Smokey Mountains.

Are you building your own home in Tellico Village & are looking for temporary housing near your new homesite? Stay a month and see if Tellico Village is right for you! This home is available mid- September through Mid-May as a fully furnished monthly rental.

TOQUA COVES features lake views throughout. Solid hardwood flooring and vaulted ceilings on the main level and new carpet on the lower level. This owner also owns the lot next door so it's very private.

The lot is 1/3 acre and is built on a slope so the driveway and yard to the lake edge may be steep for some, however, it is very safe and very doable.

Great location for a stay on Tellico Lake. Was at the end of a cove so easy to kayak and paddle board without worry of boats speeding by. Great amenities at house and for lake, including 2 adult kayaks and 2 youth kayak, plus multiple floats. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the home. It was well stocked with everything we needed, very spacious and clean. The view from the patio and backyard was more beautiful than the pictures. So many birds to watch and listen to…such a tranquil and serene escape. We had a lot of events to attend because our son was getting married so we didn’t get to enjoy the kayaks. We would definitely stay there again. We had other family members stay at other vacation homes in the area and everyone agreed this home had the best layout and views. We definitely recommend this home to anyone considering staying there. Absolutely wonderful!

Wonderful retreat

A very comfortable home in Tellico Village lakeside. We enjoy this property so much we have extended our stay twice. In total we probably will be here as much as three months. The owner is super!

Loved this place and the area.

Fall break for our son going to UT. We just wanted to get away and this was the place. We enjoyed the lake and home. Outdoor dinning in the area and boat rental for a day was easy and fair priced. Would visit again.

Best place for a quiet stay on the water

The photos need to be updated online to show new carpet and newly painted deck and deck furniture! So much room at this house and the screened in porch is great for all meals. Quiet.neighborhood and close to all amenities nearby. We had such a relaxing vacation

The house was perfect fit for the six of us. I would recommend this property. The only concern was the handling of the trash. I don’t think you should have to run the trash to the local dump.

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed plus. I should have reviewed location as I enjoy staying in Tellico Village to where you can quickly access, by walking, all of the different neighborhoods. This location is out of the way and requires driving on back roads to access the main Tellico Village area. This wasn't a big deal but I wish I had reviewed the location more to understand where I would be located. Overall - great!

Great Space

This property was perfect for my family and my brother family. Lots of room to be comfortable. The floors are not sound proof so any movement upstairs could be heard downstairs. King room down stairs is directly under the upstairs master suite. The driveway is incredibly steep.

Wonderful Lake Vacation

Everything was as pictured. The house was designed for comfort over two floors. The balcony was perfect to sit outside in the evenings. The enclosed screen area was great for dining and cocktails after a day of kayaking and swimming. Jeff was always quick to respond to any communication we had. What made the vacation for my family, was having 2 adult kayaks, and two children kayaks for their use. Everyone enjoyed their time at the house..

Great house, but update me a little !

Great house, steep yard and driveway. Nice manager, friendly neighbors. They need some updates on bedding. Kitchen very well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc. They need a handyman for a day to fix small items and update. Master tub, screened porch, dripping facets, ice maker won’t shut off, and sink in half bath is loose. However felt like good value and were very new ce and easy to work with!

Great Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation! We had immediate access to the water and plenty of water toys to play with. The bottom of the lake is a mix of mud and rocks so bring water shoes, especially if you have kids who may find it weird at first. The house had enough space for us to relax and spread out, and we enjoyed the screened in porch for all of our meals. There was an extra fridge/freezer so if you want to do one large shopping trip, there is plenty of food storage space. The TVs didn’t have streaming services and the cable package was pretty basic, but all TVs had DVD players so if you have kiddos, bring some DVDs with you to maximize options. All in all, a great place to get some privacy qnd water fun!

Great place to stay!

I’ve been coming to Tellico Village for several years since my parents retired here. We have stayed in several local homes and condos over the years and have come to know the area quite well. This property hit the mark for us as the teen could be on her own downstairs while us parents were upstairs. Loved the kayaks for use to go visit other family members staying in another home just down the way along the lakeshore. Best of all, our dog was able to join us! The only negative was that the property is quite steep with little to no grass right outside the house making doggy bathroom breaks a bit more difficult (especially as our pup still gets us up in the middle of the night or early morning). Great neighborhood to walk him, though. Very friendly neighbors! Definitely bookmarking this place for future family reunions!
