Our fully equipped kitchen is a host's dream, ready for anything from a quick morning bite to a celebratory meal. You'll find plenty of pots, pans, and plates to easily make some beautiful memories together.
Each of the three bedrooms is a cozy haven designed for a restful night's sleep, including a master with a queen-sized bed, two with full-sized beds, and a comfortable living room couch for the seventh guest.
The modern, spa-like bathroom comes fully stocked with fresh towels and shower essentials. You'll stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning, and the in-house laundry adds a thoughtful touch of convenience to your stay.

Guest Access:
For your convenience and security, this property features **contactless, self-check-in** via a Yale Assure smart lock. A unique access code will be provided to you prior to your arrival. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, as well as the private backyard and side yard for their use.

You'll be just a **five-minute walk to downtown Spring Street**, a vibrant hub of local restaurants and shops, and a short stroll to the historic **Schimpff's Confectionery**. The property offers exceptional access to outdoor activities, with the **Big Four Bridge** (a pedestrian walkway across the Ohio River) connecting you directly to Louisville's **NuLu neighborhood district**. For dining convenience, Mexican and Chinese restaurants are located directly across the street.

* **Trash & Recycling:** Please place all bins at the street on **Thursday mornings** for pickup.
* **Security:** For your safety and ours, the exterior of the property is monitored by security cameras.
