Each of the bedrooms comes fully equipped with extra-comfy mattresses for a perfect night’s sleep, and locks on each door for privacy. In the main area is a large flat screen Smart TV, and a comfy, family style couch! A queen sized air mattress is also available for your extra large groups upon request.

Other things to note
-You will have access to the whole house, aside from a couple of locked storage closets.
- We have installed a security camera behind the back yard shed for security purposes as our privacy fence backs up to a quiet parking lot - this will in no way observe or record any of the yard or house during your stay, and simply helps us to ensure that we are providing privacy and peace for all of our guests while enjoying the yard and playhouse.

Children must be supervised while in playhouse area. By booking this home, you agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you or anyone in your party may occur in use of the playground / clubhouse. You acknowledge that you understand the risks, and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself, for any accidents you may incur, and for the consequences of those in your party regarding the playground area and clubhouse, and agree to hold owner harmless.

You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from use of the playground area and clubhouse, and agree to supervise children so as to avoid accidental injury.

By proceeding with this reservation you affirm that all VRBO Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver, and they acknowledge that confirming this reservation constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.
