  • Downtown New Albany (Indiana) Loft - This 6,000-square-foot 2nd/3rd floor loft sits in the heart of the laid back and walkable downtown New Albany, Indiana. Downtown New Albany has experienced a recent explosion of independent businesses and restaurants including bakeries, cafes, Italian, Cuban, American Grille, micro-breweries, winery, pizza, award winning BBQ, and more.

    The loft, consisting of the second and third floors has a freight elevator and a 1600 square-foot roof top yard. Free wi-fi is available throughout the loft. The Property sleeps 14+(two king size beds in each primary, one queen bed, two full size beds, four twins, one trundle, one futon and two rollaways) comfortably.

    The Loft is perfect for large group getaways or family reunions. There are many great golf courses in the area (including Covered Bridge, Chariot Run and Heritage Hills). A large dining room and entertaining area make large group gatherings easy.

Absolutely wonderful place for a group or large family! The space was even more comfortable than the photos can do justice to - lovingly renovated, truly felt like we were guests in a friend’s (clean and well-appointed home). And New Albany and Louisville were lovely - lots to explore right in walking distance. Thanks for a great stay!!

I have never been to such an amazing home before. We loved this house so much. Look forward to coming back again next year. The couple were so nice, and the house is so much more that it even looks in the pictures. I have never done VRBO and this was an amazing first time for us. Wonderful place, wonderful owners, so much to say....

Great space for a group

Great place for families or friends to hang out. Can walk to several shops and restaurants. Host is kind and special touches to make you feel welcome. Our second stay!

Very neat loft plenty of space. Everything was clean and in order. The host's were amazing and very prompt. The patio between the two lofts was a great evening place to gather for our group.

Weekend stay with family and friends

Great stay for big group in Louisville

We planned a guys trip to Louisville. This spot was perfect. Plenty of space and really close to the city. Jess was very quick to respond to any questions we had as well!

Family and friends trip

Our group of three families stayed at this property while in town for an event at Kentucky exposition center. Easy 15 trip to the fairgrounds and a great small town feel to the area. Home is as described and comfortable. Nice shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Great spot with plenty of beds

Stayed here for a guys trip. The place was a good size with plenty of beds and bathrooms. 12-15mins to go into Louisville, but also plenty of fancy and casual places to eat within walking distance. Also close to a big retro arcade bar. Place was clean and enjoyed staying there. Would definitely recommend for families and large groups.

Perfect spot for Louisville events!

This is the second year we've rented this house, and we love it! It's the perfect home for my team while we are exhibiting at the Kentucky Expo Center. It's close to Louisville, but located in the heart of New Albany where we can walk a block or two to bars and restaurants. Love this place!

Great loft for a large group!

We stayed in this loft with a large group ranging in age from 5 - 45. It is a fantastic space with plenty of room to spread out! Great bedroom/bathroom floor plans for multiple people. Within walking distance of shopping and the fantastic restaurants New Albany has to offer! We barely used our vehicles, but when we did, the location of this loft is super close to Louisville! Quiet with an urban feel!

Perfect place for our group!

My group of nine friends absolutely loved the Loft on Market! It is very spacious, had everything we need and is such a unique and beautiful place! It was fun sitting on the terrace in the mornings with our coffee and in the evenings with a glass of wine. We were actually looking for a place in Louisville but this was by far the best place for us and is just a short trip over the bridge to Louisville. New Albany is a great little city with plenty of unique restaurants and shops. I highly recommend the Loft on Market!

Fantastic loft. Friendly host.

This was our second stay at the loft, and once again it did not disappoint! We had 12 guys on a golf trip and everyone loves the space. The location can't be beat, and the roof top deck is a great place to hang, play games, etc. Jess is hands down, one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with. She is quick to respond and super helpful with recommendations, etc. We're already talking about when we're coming back!

Better then the photos

Having 2 great bars 1 block away didn't hurt. Old style elevator was awesome. The outdoor patio just needs some lights but it was epic. Will def stay here again next time we hit bourbon country. Just don't make the same late night bad decision mozzarella sticks rally deliveries I did. (Check out starlight/Huber farm nearby).

Weekend getaway

My husband and I met 5 other adults for the first time. The building was a little hard to find. But we did find it and access to it was smooth. It was very roomy and large. We all had enough room to spread out and talk. The bedrooms were great. The elevator was a huge bonus after walking all day. Contact with the owners was a big plus. They were quick to respond to messages. We will stay when we come back next year!

Tournament Stay

Loved the property! Safe neighborhood and plenty to do in the surrounding area. There ended up being a total of 15 of us. We were there for back to back basketball tournaments. The girls were very comfortable. We were not on top of each other. Living area was roomy and comfortable. Owners were very helpful for recommendations and answered any questions we had very promptly. We are hoping to stay there again next year. All the families loved it.
