"The property is great, the staff are nice and friendly especially at the breakfast. The shower in the room wasn’t the best and some of the workmanship was of a poor standard - floor number sign hanging off, power socket for the tv in the gym not properly finished."
"The resort itself is impressive and golf courses are stunning. The pool area by the beach has great facilities and restaurants. The food at main reception restaurant is exceptional unfortunately the process of ordering is slow.
As for the apartments, if I’d have understood the complex I would have booked a two bedroomed property or apartment. As it happened we had two separate apartments opposite each other. They were wasteful in space for two people I thought, but the main downfall was the condition, it was dated, the back sliding doors were held together with, what I can only describe as a, child kitchen cupboard safety clip. Which kept falling off. Meaning security was practically nil and void. The bathroom was so dated, grout, silicone, basins all facilities were in bad shape. The whole apartment needed a revamp. When you see the wealth of the surrounding private properties, they’re a bit of a let down, especially knowing we paid a a decent amount of money, they’re unfortunately not worth the price. I would return but not to these rooms."
"Lovely hotel and staff, we have stayed several times. Some rooms are older in style than others, but perfectly fine. All the staff are extremely friendly, The breakfast is very good. Great location 100m from the beach area which has several restaurants."
"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard.
Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming.
Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."
"Cleaned thoroughly every day
Daily housekeeping exceptional
Location very good
Pool bar snacks a little pricey but restaurant lunch very good value
Overall excellent hotel"
