"It was good option on the route to Switzerland and comfortable, only I had some difficult experience with their online reception to find my room, they gave me room number and while I was trying to open it someone else opened and was inside. Actually it was her room and I had to call back again and get right number and access code, so make sure you setup this with them before you arrives."

"Manager left us waiting until 2am without a room as our. booking reference didn't work at the self check in terminal. We tried to call multiple times during the day to let them know that we will be checking in after 10pm, no response, same for multiple emails and messages via hotels.com. The emergency number at the reception was a waste of time, for 3 hours I was told they were trying to contact the hotel manager but they were unavailable. "
