"Les Iris is a very beautiful, traditional house. We were warmly welcomed by Christine on arrival, the house was clean and well equipped, with a delightful garden sloping down towards the village 'green' and the river. There is ample seating to eat outside when the weather allows. A car is a must as there aren't any facilities within walking distance of the house. The village itself is charming, with mostly thatched 'chaumieres', it would benefit from a bar or taverne or cafe or basic shop, but...

Only struggle was with the lack of standing shower, hand held only. Understand there have previous issues with flooding in the bathroom due to age of the property but a struggle for those of us who like daily showers. "
