This was a real gem. I had emailed prior to advise that we had a disabled guest with us. The staff (tall man name begins with Pe think Petro…?) was so helpful and had reserved a parking spot. The location is excellent. It is modern and clean. Easily walking distance to everything. Parking is underneath and so useful. The building itself is modern and clean. Our room was spacious. Lots of space in the bathroom to give the kids a shower. Laundry facilities and excellent. Wish we had stayed longer.

The hotel was fine, it was clean, centrally located and modern. However, the staff member who checked us in was extremely abrupt to the point of being rude. The breakfast was fairly average - the scrambled eggs were inedible and there wasn’t a lot of choice if you don’t like processed meats and cheese.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is perfectly located in the city centre, only a 5-minute walk from the old town. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and we really enjoyed the view of the river in Rouen from our window. The staff were very attentive, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. Parking was also available, which was helpful, even though spaces could not be reserved in advance. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would gladly stay there again.
