"This was perfect for a long weekend. Close to hiking and Red Rocks and very quiet with a nice backyard. The room itself was very clean. The ONLY drawback was that the seating provided in the back area was flimsy, old, and a bit dirty but the grass and rocks were nice to sit on by a small brook."

"My husband and I traveled to Colorado to see some of our family in Lakewood. The basement apartment was very clean and supplied well for our needs. Its in a very quiet neighorhood and the host was very easy to communicate with. The bed was very comfortable and a freestanding fan is provided within the apartment. Easily located right off the interstate. I would stay again if back in Colorado."

"The location was great for us as a hub. We traveled north, west and south all at about an hour drive. Excellent loft. A few things to know, but didn’t really bother us. Homeless community across the street that was not a bother, just to be aware. There are more than enough cameras/ring around to deter any anything bad happening. Their place was a perfect fit. the bed was comfortable, linens and towels were nice and it was nicely decorated. they even had a desk which was great since I was working remotely in the mornings. "Spent just short of a week here with the kids, looking at colleges and exploring Denver/Boulder area. The proximity of this place is ideal for seeing everything. Easy access to major thoroughfares, nearby Dutch Bros, Little Man Ice Cream, and In-and-Out (kids' favorites).
