"We stayed for 1 night. The room was dated. Air conditioner was broken. Lights were flickering in the bedroom and bathroom. Shower head loose and flimsy. We were charged for toiletries. Couldn't sleep all night as it was too hot and the noise from traffice kept us awake. I have stayed here before but this time the standard has let us down . Reception staff offered a room change at 11pm but it was too late fors us to packup everything and move False advertisement of claiming that rooms...

"We were very happy with the Bella Onda! It’s very close to Marco Polo Airport and we were picked up by a lovely lady at the airport. She was so helpful and kind! The only difference we had was limited places to find food but it was worth it given the location of the hotel. Our hotel room was small but had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again! "
