My experience at this hotel was terrible. I arrived at the hotel and encountered an arrogant person at the reception. When I booked the hotel on Expedia, I made sure to pay for a room with a twin bed, but when I arrived, they gave me a very small bed meant for a child. The receptionist was not helpful at all and didn’t even want to listen to me; he blamed Expedia and everyone else around.
I work in the tourism industry, and we often offer clients package deals with hotel stays included, and we make many bookings through Expedia. But this situation frustrated me greatly, and it might be the last time I use Expedia’s services. This is PURE SCAM — why would you use the word “twin” when the bed is extremely small, basically a child's bed?
