"Very friendly and professional staff. The constant temperature throughout the hotel, especially the bedroom was perfect. At no point did we feel cold, considering it was a cold and wet day, nor did we get overheated. "

"The staff were lovely and made booking in a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and clean, but smelled a little musty. Could have done with an airing first. Bed was comfortable. The power cut first thing in the morning was a bit of a challenge but it did eventually get sorted. The midday checkout made life a lot easier. I couldn’t stay for breakfast because I had already made other plans so I can’t really comment on it but I’m sure it would’ve been nice. I would book again if I was going to be in the area again. Overall a pleasant hotel. "

"Our family of 5 adults, 2 children and our cockapoo stayed at Spring Cottage for 2 nights. The house is delightful with low beams and ceilings and nicely furnished. Communication with Loraine was excellent. Lovely enclosed garden. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. "
