"We have stayed at the Warwick for many years! We always come back because of the doorman who greeted us on Friday! He has been there for as long as we’ve been coming to Warwick. We were on the 21st floor this time and although the room was well appointed, I felt that it was a bit small for all of our luggage and for two people. It takes forever for the water in the bathroom to heat up. When we arrived, there was only one elevator operating (or so it seemed) and it was packed full. My husband and I walked down 21 flights so we would make our reservation on time. I did mention it to someone at the front desk, and it seemed to resolve the problem for the remainder of our stay. The staff is always friendly with me and for the most part accommodating. It’s a great location and an easy walk to Broadway and many good restaurants! Our rooms are always clean and these are the reasons we return year after year!"

"The price for the location was outstanding. There are 700 rooms in the hotel. This is a big property and you feel it. Security is excellent. The only thing that stopped me from giving higher scores was the fact that my bedroom had no towels. It took over an hour at 3:00 am to get them. Room was clean. The mattress was very firm and the sheets were high quality. I had an important meeting 10 minutes away in the morning. I arrived at 2:00 am and left at 8:00 am. For my purposes this was a great location. Keep in mind that it is not a five-star place. The resort fee was and is annoying but you find them everywhere. If you need a place to sleep in New York City and you want to be close to everything, this is a good place to consider."
