"The property was welcoming and cozy. Very pet friendly. Plenty of room for a dog to run around. Marianne provided great communication and also plenty of info in the cabin if there were questions. Very close to N. Conway, NH. I only marked ski area question as a 3 as the survey would not let me skip it. I was not there to ski so I truly have zero knowledge on it. "

"Nice house with great view and private beach was nice right out rhe back door. Kitchen was nice just would have liked in between size bowls and maybe a cake or muffin tin. Overall super nice and great place to unwind. "

"Property exactly as described. Very comfortable. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable.Gave 3 stars for cleanliness because the house wasn't cleaned/prepared for our 4pm arrival. Contacted housekeeper who arranged for soneone to take care of issues right away. Also contacted host who refunded our cleaning fee. Interactions were friendly and efficient. If the house had been ready on time for us, everything would have been 5 stars."

"Our group of 7 adults and 3 toddlers had a lovely weekend stay at Jim's home. The check in process was smooth and Jim was very responsive. The house was spacious and clean. We particularly enjoyed our nights sitting around the fire pit table on the amazing deck, and appreciated the extra propane tanks that were left in the garage. The views were outstanding, especially during the fall foliage season. We would definitely stay here again."
