Contacted housekeeper who arranged for soneone to take care of issues right away. Also contacted host who refunded our cleaning fee. Interactions were friendly and efficient. If the house had been ready on time for us, everything would have been 5 stars."

"Our group of 7 adults and 3 toddlers had a lovely weekend stay at Jim's home. The check in process was smooth and Jim was very responsive. The house was spacious and clean. We particularly enjoyed our nights sitting around the fire pit table on the amazing deck, and appreciated the extra propane tanks that were left in the garage. The views were outstanding, especially during the fall foliage season. We would definitely stay here again."
