"Although this was a working holiday we made the best of our situation. The property was very nice and clean; location was so close to anything we needed or wanted. The outdoor space was comfortable as well. The bonus was a wedding party next door, what wonderful people we met. "

"The specific unit rented was welcoming to pets with a separate direct access to a fenced area that included a grill and seating. 1.5 bathrooms, shower only. Hotplate only, no oven, but does have microwave and toaster oven although we couldn't get the toaster oven to work. Both a small freezer/fridge and separate mini drink fridge. Nextdoor grocery store (Safeway) permanently closing soon. A few short blocks from the 4th Street downtown area including dining, events, and a city museum. A few blocks from the state highway that goes to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park (about 45 minutes away). Unit is a long state highway 287, but traffic runs at city speed in that stretch and is not loud since both the unit and its assigned outdoor space are behind the house."

"Was a wonderful stay and very different for us! Love the airstream and the bed in the back was so cozy, quiet and relaxing. Loved the fire pit! which is where we spent a lot of our time and the area was safe. Will do again when in Loveland again. "

"This place was awesome. Our family is already talking about coming back and renting this property again. The tv was messed up and we had a new one within an hour, the hosts are amazing. The loft is super cool and spacious and location is within walking distance of anything you’d need. They built a dog area on the rooftop patio so you don’t have to worry about finding spots to take them out, that was a huge relief. And the massage chair is just the cherry on top. 10/10 can’t recommend enough! Thank you!"
