Hot breakfast was a plus but the person running it was also trying to help guests at the front desk. Food that ran out was not refilled and still had 45 mins left of breakfast hours. Hotel was nice and would stay again. Only negative was the fold up shower bench in our handicap accessible room was covered in black mold. Toilet kept stopping up.

Not as nice in person as it looks in photos. The door to our room didn't work well -had to throw my body at it for it to latch/close completely. Overall cleanliness was spotty. Bathroom sink faucet was noticeably dirty and very loose (had to hold it in place when turning water on/off), Staff person was very nice, but seemed to be the only one working the front of the house (counter and breakfast) on a busy weekend morning.

Overall the property was satisfactory. The location of property was central to our visit and convenient to many shops & restaurants. Because it is on a busy road the traffic noise was constant throughout the day & night. Was disturbing for a peaceful sleep. Will request room on North end of hotel next time.

We had a wonderful two-week stay at this hotel in Loveland. The room was big with couch and chair, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Extra bonus: free breakfast including waffles! The staff was very nice 😊. It seemed like they were always cleaning something ✨

You could not use the back grasses patio, loaded with weeds, broken pool chairs and tables. Total disaster. Breakfast was cheap, no eggs just sausage and tater tots, dry bread and muffins. The coffee was terrible. Like they used the same grounds over and over again. The room was clean, the air conditioning / heating unit rattled and made funny noises all night long and it looked like it was new. For the price we paid we did not get our money’s worth. Go somewhere else!

Very nice clean comfortable room. The beds were very comfortable with nice full pillows that didn't have to be doubled up! The front desk was very responsive and took care of everything that we needed, and the continental breakfast was just what we needed. Thank you!!
