"The house was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay here. Very peaceful neighborhood. Nice backyard area. We would definitely stay again if in the area.Only issue we had, but wasn’t a deal breaker, was I couldn’t get hot water in kitchen, had to wash dishes with cold ish water. And there’s no actual fire pit. But other than those things, it was great."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay.The place was very clean, and well organized. We had everything we need. We brought our dogs and they too enjoyed their stay. This little home looks small, but the beds are huge and livingroom accomidated our family of 4. Also loved how quite it was on the street.The host left very easy to read instructions and communicated often.If we ever need a place to stay again we will try and book this one."

"M husband and I were there for 2 week stay.Positive: it was clean in most places but could use a little TLC.Close to Kings Island and only 20 minutes to downtown Cincinnati.The house is very close to a fabulous dog park and downtown Loveland.Negative: we got our code at 4:02 we were hoping to get in 10 minutes earlier so we could avoid moving our things during a torrential downpour! Thermostat was set to 54degrees!Washing machine was dirty and general area in basement was dirty and wet because of the rain. I used a laundromat.Kitchen could use some baking dishes and salt and pepperBathroom:Toilet seat and TP holder were loose. There were 3 near empty bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.Bedrooms had a total of 6 hangers. Only one hand towel."

"My three grandchildren (ages 16, 14 and 10) and I had a wonderful time on our trip to the Frogman Inn in Loveland. My grandson especially was fascinated by the frogman story. The apartment was lovely with all the modern conveniences. The bathroom was luxurious with it's large soaking tub and beautiful ceramic tiled, rain fall shower. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the cotton sheets (I dislike microfiber sheets). Everything was extremely clean. The owner, Chris was a pleasure to deal with and offered suggestions of activities in the area. The Frogman Inn is about two blocks from town and we walked to the local activities. We rented bikes, visited King's Island, visited shops, the bookstore and ice cream shops in town and ate a delicious dinner at Ramsey's. The kids went down by the creek behind the property and got to see a family of deer crossing the creek. Our only negative on the trip was a visit to Stonelick State Park Beach. The water was gross and green. We only stayed about a half hour. I would definitely recommend the Frogman Inn and the town of Loveland! Thank you Chris for the use of your lovely property!"
