"The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained, the amenities including the gym and spa are both outstanding. Carlos who provided service by the beach was incredible. However, most things were 85% done correctly meaning everything was kind of off. The butler service was lacking. They offered reservations for dining and golf that they later could not fulfill including a room service order that came an hour late. Orders at breakfast were slightly wrong. When alerted of this, the staff (especially Fatima and Giovanni) did their best to make it right, but it did have us saying they need to make changes to get guests to return to the property."

"We just returned from an incredible weekend stay with two families, including three toddlers, and everything was absolutely first-class from start to finish. The property itself is stunning, pristine, and incredibly well-equipped, making it the perfect home base for a multi-family trip.Traveling with three toddlers can be chaotic, but this place made it feel effortless. The absolute game-changer for us was having the Ford Bronco included. It made packing up the kids and cruising to all the different beach clubs completely seamless and stress-free.Like so many other reviews mention, the attention to detail, luxury amenities, and top-notch hospitality here are unmatched. If you are looking for a flawless, high-end family getaway, look no further. We cannot wait to come back!"

"Michele was a lovely host and the condo was the perfect spot for relaxing and whale watching. We loved the on deck pool for evening sunsets. Truly a wonderful vacation and when our flight was cancelled Michele allowed us to stay in place until we could get our flights rescheduled. So kind! "

"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Our concierge, Sandra, was super helpful and our housekeeper, Brenda, could not have been more lovely and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. But please beware, there are MANY additional fees when staying in Punta Mita, and I mean MANY! Security is super tight (which we appreciate). "

"Ideal location within Las Mariatas! Eli, our concierge was fantastic! It was the post Christmas holiday week & he was always available for a question or to make us a last minute reservation. This unit has a wonderful view - you can be sure to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. Super clean and beautifully furnished, this is an open layout home that will enhance your Punta Mita getaway. Fatima the housekeeper is a gem - do not hesitate - this condo is wonderful. "
