Everything was fine, except a couple of Smart Room features were a little wonky at this new hotel. The automatic blinds switch was reversed ("Down" went UP, and "Up" went DOWN, lol. We searched this accessible room for ages and couldn't turn the heat on. Phoned Front Desk. They told us the thermostat ...
