"Room was spacious, beds comfortable, walking distance to Time Square and Broadway Theatre District! Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful! Felt very safe by having to use room key to access floor! Had corner room so get view of Time Square! Rooms a little dated but still very clean and nice! Definitely worth the money "

"My favorite aspect of the property is it's location, the lobby is also very cool and the staff were all super pleasant. Since I was on a lower floor, I didn't experience any of the noise problems others have commented on. I appreciated that there are two sets of windows, one is specifically to minimize street sound, which it did. While my room was pretty tiny, I think that's the norm in NYC and it was all I needed since I was rarely in it. My only complaints are small things like a better mattress pad would be cool, bigger, fluffier towels and a fridge that I could put things in. My mini-bar fridge was never re-stocked, during my stay, which would have been nice for a late night bubbly water. But, I'd stay here again!"
