"The property was amazing. Opposite the Speights ale hous and the Victoria Tavern. Both had great family meals. Pak n Save acoss the road, Pizza Bar underneath and Liquorland next door. What else could you want. We are both computer challanged, but a couple of phone calls cleared things up. The entry instructions were minus a couple of key componants. Namely there was no Ohana sticker on 301's door. The code was correct but after you have put your hand over the magic eye you need to tap...

"The booking needed to have a phone number to contact, and not just an email one hour before arriving. After searching for a number I finally spoke to someone with a heavy accent and a young child making loud noises in the background, so it was difficult to understand what the lady was saying. I eventually managed to enter the room. The room had nowhere to hang clothes, nor a table to eat or work from, There were a number of amenities, but I had to lift the heavy microwave out of a cupboard up...

"Nice unit, good location close to shopping centre in lower hutt. Older building but has been renovated. Lovely view out the back window. Beds were comfortable. The only improvement would to be to provide a bit of milk and tea :)"
