"Room was overall clean but there was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The bathroom was so tiny for 4 people. Otherwise, loved all the space in the Balmoral room. Grateful for the robes. Nice touch! "

"It's a comfortable place to stay for the price. It's in a business district so not a lot around. That being said, Chinatown is a 20 minute walk, there's a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk. It's pretty basic, no coffee in the lobby. I definitely would stay again especially for the price."

"Such a great find! We had a room with a small kitchen (fridge/ freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, dish drainer). All the needed pots, pans, etc. This was a great option for traveling with kids. We were able to eat a couple meals at the hotel, refill water bottles and pack snacks for our adventures. There are 2 grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. "

"Room we stayed in wasn’t vacuumed so I kept finding someone’s fingernails and then went to make my coffee in morning and the coffee maker had an old coffee bag in it. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel, luckily I only booked two nights and we extended our stay at a cleaner hotel. "

"We stayed no balcony unit. It was terrible view and noise from the laundry room right beside us. We changed the room but there was completely street and parking lot view. Neighbours were not good also. I recommend to book at Inner harbour area hotel . "

"Room was great and heating worked well. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices and were different on the second morning and done was overseeing all the hot and cold trays to make sure they remained stocked. "
