"Really enjoyed staying here. Room had great facilities inc small kitchen area/ dishwasher. Clean and also stylish. Service great from staff. Also I liked the eco-friendly touches such as recycling in the room and effort to reduce single use plastic with toiletries and glass bottles for milk/ water."

"The property is under going a massive refurb to the bedrooms although we was very close to the workmen we didn't hear a thing, and the work men where very courteous, thankfully the main building is being left to its very ornate and beautiful surroundings, the breakfast deal is amazing, breakfast was good but the coffee was a bit of a let down but Mackie's is just across the road so no problem, all in all I love staying staff are great."

"Great welcome at 10.30pm. Great welcome in bar and great service in the bar. Room comfortable and clean. Easy online checkout. As usual, the pick-up shuttle was efficient and the drivers are super helpful. "

"Very pleasant and peaceful stay. Excellent staff, amazing breakfast and a decent bar with a good selection of drinks. If I have to nitpick, then I’d mention that the phone in the room was a bit of a hassle for me. I tried calling the reception from the programmed button on the phone, but it would not work. I had to walk down to the reception due to that, and then I asked the actual dialling number for the reception, which was 0. So keep that in mind if you find yourself in a similar situation. Otherwise, the stay was brilliant. I’ll definitely book again when visiting Manchester. Central location also helps with excellent connectivity to trams, Piccadilly station and taxis."
