This property has been fully refurbished and completed in March 2022 with no expense spared.
The property benefits from luxury carpets in the bedrooms, luxury vinyl tile flooring on the whole ground floor for practicality and a beautiful brand new kitchen and bathroom too! The rear of the property benefits from a newly laid patio with large outside dining space for the whole family and friends. Situated in the amazing Pakefield, walking distance to the beach & local pubs & restaurants.

The space:
Upstairs the property has 3 large bedrooms. The Master bedroom to the front of the property has a King Bed, wardrobes, smart TV and bedside tables.
The second bedroom has a single day bed which can pull out to become two singles or a double bed.
The third bedroom to the rear has a King bed which can be split into two singles if required.
The ground floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, utility and bathroom to the rear.
All fresh linen, towels and essentials are provided. We also provide a small basket of tea and coffee so you can have a cuppa on your arrival.
