"From the check in with the professional thoughtful manager. Spotless room, extraordinary queen size bed & friendly staff, it was just what I needed. I made full use of the pool and hot tub. I was pleasantly surprised to have a hot breakfast every morning ! DELICIOUS THANK YOU ALL I'LL BE BACK. 😀"

"I figured out during out stay that we were likely the only room not a part of a hockey team. The team was up running around, smashing and banging until at least 3:30am (9 & 10 year old's). We called the front desk at 1am and again at 3am to ask them to shut down the noise. When I checked out in the morning I suggested that going forward, if there's another family in a similar situation that they inform them at check in so they can decide if they want to make an alternate choice. When we checked in the front desk member even asked us if we were in town for a restful sleep. He could have easily mentioned the team staying in the building at that time. The front desk staff member at check out said she would let the Management know. We never received a follow-up phone call. This is unfortunate as we often stayed at this hotel. They have lost our business."

"Friendly staff, comfortable, very clean rooms and common spaces. Comfy clean bed, however it would be nice to have access to an extra blanket in the king size room. VERY quiet place to sleep and enjoy peace and quiet. Thanks Masterson. Great job, we always pick your place when travelling up to that area."
