"Great location. Beautiful hotel. Very friendly, inviting, & personal Concierge and staff. Rooms Beautiful, a little small. Special gift and enjoyed on a wonderful rooftop terrace. "Villa Neroli exceeded our expectations. The service and cleanliness were superb. We had a very early morning flight from Florence. The hotel packed us breakfast to go at 6:00 AM which was greatly appreciated. I have never seen other hotels do that. Very satisfied and this will be our first choice to stay if we ever visit Florence again."
