Step into The Copa, your home away from home in one of Lubbock's best areas. This 1937-built abode has been updated with beautiful hardwood floors and a Coastal flair that will transport you to the beach while visiting Lubbock. Each themed bedroom offers queen or king-size beds, soft fluffy robes for the ladies and spacious closets. Unwind in the backyard with a gas grill, fire pit, lounge chairs and outdoor games like Cornhole boards.

At the Copa, Copacabana....your cabana away from home.
The Copa is in one of the best areas of Lubbock. You are a short walk to Texas Tech, restaurants and shopping. It's just minutes to the hospitals and entertainment, a 10-minute drive from the airport, and a short drive to Southwest Lubbock.
The Copacabana was built in 1937 and has been updated, but keeping the original beautiful hardwood floors, with the addition to the house having Saltillo tile.
It is decorated with a Coastal flair, to let you imagine being at the beach while visiting Lubbock,
Each Bedroom is themed: "Good Vibrations" has a queen size bed filled with Pineapples and Palm Leaves. "Coconutz" has a king size bed filled with coconuts and Palm Trees. "Toes in the Sand" has a king size bed filled with sand from various beaches. "Turtle Cove" has a queen size bed filled with Sea Turtles. Each closet is filled with hangers, a suitcase rack, and a soft fluffy robe for the ladies.
The living room has (2) deep seated sofas with queen mattress pull-outs for extra guests.
The back yard is perfect for enjoying life outdoors! There is a gas grill and fire pit, tables, multiple seating areas, and lounge chairs to soak up the sun. Cornhole boards, Darts and Horseshoes to enjoy…or have some friendly competition!
AMENITIES: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and hair dryer are all on hand for your use as well as all the other usual amenities you would anticipate having in a hotel. Designated parking is available in front of the house.

Our family had a WONDERFUL and happy Thanksgiving celebration here. It was very homey and totally comfortable. We loved the fire pit. The kitchen is small so we were on top of each other while cooking, but everything (utensils, pans etc) were there. We ran out of TP and paper towels! Overall it was great. Thanks for the memories.

Everything we expected and more!
We came to Lubbock for Thanksgiving with family. Not only was the house perfect, there was everything I need to prepare a few dishes. The back yard is spectacular. Beverly is a top notch host and very easy to communicate with! We will be back the next time our group travels to Lubbock!

Greatest Stay
We have stayed at many rentals in Lubbock for holidays to bring our families together to one central location. This has by far been one of our best experiences. It was clean & comfortable. The backyard is like a whole additional living space. When I needed additional pots to finish cooking our Thanksgiving meal, Beverly brought them to me from her home. Upon our arrival, she had a huge chunk of cake for me for my birthday. She definitely made us feel at home. This will be our go to location when visiting Lubbock without a doubt.

Great house with amazing host!
We stayed here with another family so that our kids could show at a pig show. The house was just as described. Very cute and the decorations work great. Host met me to check in and show me everything. She had every detail covered!! We will def stay here again!!! Highly recommend.
