My original room had not been cleaned. Greg jumped on it and got me another room. I could see my vehicle from the window. I prefer Home2Suites when I travel. The only down side was I could not figure out how to turn off the light over the counter.

It’s a new place that is very centrally located to TTU. I can’t remember her name, but the lady who checked me in & out was super nice & helpful! Would highly recommend!

Clean and quiet place for a quick stay

Room was nice and quiet. Bed was comfy, but pillows need a bit of an upgrade. Overall, good value for a quick nights sleep.

Room was clean, front desk guy wasn’t the greatest

Our room was not ready at time of check in, at 3. First we were told it would be 30 minutes then it turned into an hour and a half when we had an event to go to so we literally had to curl/straighten hair in the lobby and change in the bathroom. We were not offered late checkout or anything else for inconvenience. Over was clean and breakfast crew was amazing.

I booked a suite with TWO queen beds - the manager moved me to a king suite without checking with me b/c he didn't have staff to clean my room. Not my problem. I didn't get what I paid for. Now I have to sleep on a pull out bed and drive FIVE hours tomorrow. I AM NOT HAPPY.
