"The place was clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. Robert personally came by to greet us and all communicaton was easy and fast. Nice touch to have all the necessitites for home cooking and a fresh coffee and tea in the morning provided. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Bus stop basically in front of the door which gets you quickly into the lovely old town of Lübeck"

"Great location right across from the Trave River. There's a partial view of the Holsten Tor from the bedroom too.The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Living and dining areas were comfortable as well.Kitchen is small and dated. No dishwasher, oven, or even paper towels. There is a small stove and ample plates and utensils. Fridge was fine. The Nespresso machine worked well.The washer/dryer worked. They're in the basement 2 floors below the room."

(Shower water was icecold) An instruction for use of the electric cooker is needed! We could not make it heat! A tea-towel and a dishcloth in the kitchen plus soap in the dispenser in the bathroom would be nice to have :0)"
