The ground floor apartment of approx. 80 m² extends over the entire ground floor of a turn-of-the-century town house, far from the street noise, in a residential area centrally located between the city park and the old town. Stylish furnishings with nostalgic elements, pitch pin planks, antique, ready-to-use tiled stove in the living room, bathtub, balcony, garden, incl. Internet connection via W-LAN, free parking in the residential street at the house.
The entrance hall divides the apartment into two areas: on one side the kitchen with balcony and living room, on the other the two bedrooms with bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Each side of the bed has a bedside table with a reading lamp and a fluffy carpet in front of it. In front of a retro wallpaper is a dressing table with an oval mirror. A three-door wardrobe offers storage space. The bedroom has access to a small wooden terrace with a table and two chairs from which the garden can be reached via a small staircase. The other bedroom has a walk-in closet and is furnished with two single beds, each with a dessert and reading lamp. The bathroom and separate toilet are next to the bedrooms. The bathroom has a tub with rain shower, a towel radiator, a vanity with two drawers and a large illuminated mirror. The kitchen is on the other side of the long hall. It is a high-gloss kitchen with an island. A fridge incl. Freezer compartment, sink, dishwasher and pot cabinet are on the wall side. The stove with ceramic hob and an oven together with two drawer cabinets forms the island. The kitchen equipment includes: a coffee machine, a toaster, a milk frother and a kettle. A Saeco fully automatic coffee machine ensures freshly ground coffee enjoyment. The dishes and cutlery are for 12 people so that the dishwasher can also be fed. In addition, there are coffee mugs, coffee mugs, cereal bowls, serving bowls and all the utensils necessary for cooking, such as potato masher, can opener, corkscrew, peeler, mixing stick, wooden spoon, garlic press, decent knife, etc. The pots are also from WMF. There is a large dark wooden table just behind the kitchen island. Above him sits a beautiful chandelier with 12 lights that can be dimmed continuously. There are 6 upholstered chairs with a high backrest at the table. The adjoining covered balcony with wooden furniture can be reached from the dining room. From the dining room there is an antique sliding door into the living room. An antique floor-to-ceiling tiled stove dominates the room. A basket of firewood with small wood and firelighters for lighting the fireplace is available free of charge, additional wood can be ordered for a fee. A 45 'flat screen TV and an XXL couch ensure relaxation.

Nice and clean
We had one night in the house, and everything was fine. Good beds, nice kitchen, everything well maintained and clean. The toilet is very small, but this was the only thing that didn't meet the expectations
This was a beautiful property, well equipped, very comfortable. Would highly recommend. My only complaint was getting in and out of shower, it’s so slick, I was worried about falling. It’s not pretty getting older :(, would absolutely stay again

Insgesamt etwas abgewöhnt (Sofa durchgesessen, WC winzig, die Heizung ging nur im Bad, im Schlafzimmer war es etwas klamm). Die Küche war schön, die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, aber top ist was anderes
Es ist eine wunderschöne ,geschmackvolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in super Lage .Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht .Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder .
Wir, zwei Erwachsene und zwei Jugendliche, waren 8 Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung und wenn wir etwas zu beanstanden haben, dann ist das meckern auf hohem Niveau, zum Beispiel die wirklich schmale Toilette, die Beladung der LKW von der Tafel nebenan, die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses (störte nur die ersten paar Tage, da über uns die Leute ziemlich komisch und laut waren) oder kein Küchenpapier. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auf dem Balkon kann man schön sitzen und mittwochs ist direkt gegenüber ein kleiner Wochenmarkt. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Altstadt und man bekommt wirklich immer einen Parkplatz in Hausnähe. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Lübeck sind zu Fuss erreichbar.Kleine Unannehlichkeit: Das Haus befindet sich in direkter Nachbarschaft der "Tafel" was bedeutet, dass morgens ab 7 Uhr die Laster entladen bzw. beladen werden mit entsprechender Lärmbegleitung.
Kontakt zum Vermieter und Fewo topp, wenns mir wiedrt besser geht werde ich es wohl wiederholen.

Zu hellhörig!
Leider war es sehr hellhörig und der Schlaf daher ziemlich schlecht. Wir hatten aufgrund der Beschreibung Ruhe erwartet. Somit würden wir die Whg nicht wieder buchen.
Sehr wohnliche, gemütliche Unterkunft in einem sehr schönen, ruhigen Stadtteil von Lübeck. Das Zentrum ist leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir haben es sehr genossen.
Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in alter Villa mit vollständiger Ausstattung, ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Zentrum, in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist etwa hellhörig und fußkalt. 2 Balkone. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war direkt und pragmatisch.
Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer gepflegten Wohnung, im charmanten Altbau.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.
Sauberkeit war makellos.
Ruhige Gegend mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten.
Auf jeden Fall zu emphelen.
Eine sehr schöne, gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Trotz zentraler Lage, die Altstadt ist fußläufig in ca. 10 min erreicht, sehr ruhig gelegen. Straßenlärm ist nicht zu hören.
Der Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Altbauwohnung war sehr schön. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders haben mir die Kleinigkeiten wie Dekoration und eine Lichterkette mit Zeitschaltuhr, um auch auch im Dunkeln den Weg zum stille Örtchen zu finden, gefallen.
Eine klare Weiterempfehlung.
