Great location

Best about this Motel One is it’s location in the center of Lübeck. You can walk more or less anywhere.

The hotel has perfect location, and the rooms are great but Breakfast the room for break isnt very good and there isnt enoug staff to clear the tables so you will have to wait a long time to find a table.

Terrific city centre location close to train/bus transport hub but on the inner city island. Superb service and excellent breakfast choice, spacious bar lounge for dining and drinks. A delight.

Stayed one night

Arrived at 2 am in the morning and check-in was quick. Loved that we didn’t have to be out until noon the next day. Also loved how quiet the hotel was despite being in the middle of tourist season. Slept great and the room temperature was perfect.

Excellent location, very good staff. Eddy at the front desk very good. Room 232 nice and quiet although a little small. Other than the room being on the small side l will definitely book this hotel again. Thanks Eddy.

Great location, poor room, no outside window, dark

Staff very friendly. Location fantastic. Room not that great - small window and not a proper window to the outside The window faced a small atrium which went up 5 or 6 floors. Hence not much light, room rather dark. Noise from people in atrium irritating. Overall whilst I loved the location I felt a bit cheated by being that room when I paid above average for this city.

Better training of staff would help

ICE packs for medicine need to be placed in the freezer not the refrigerator. The front desk person was asked to place two ice packs into the hotel freezer so they would be ready for our journey back home. They were not frozen in the morning and expensive medicine had to be disposed of. Train your front staff better please. Do as the customer asks.

Kedelig morgenmad, savnede æg ( der var hårdkogte æg begge dage) og bacon. Ikke mehet pålæg at vælge imellem. Syntes prisen var i overkanten når der ikke var noget varmt. Kunne bedre betale sig at gå ud i byen at spise morgenmad.
