Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. "Easy location near the Entebbe airport from which to start and finish your tour of western Uganda's National Parks. There is a mall with dining options and a food market connected to the hotel. The staff was excellent and the room (with a small balcony) was fine. There numerous monkeys to see in the rear of the premises."
